General conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale (GTC) are concluded on the one hand by the company Créations Margot, whose head office is located in Estavayer (FR) in Switzerland, registered in the trade register under number:

CH-217.3.591.276-7 and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site www.creations-margot.com, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Any order within the online store requires consultation and implies prior acceptance of these general conditions. These may be modified at any time by Créations Margot.

Each creation is made to order and handcrafted.

A description and a photograph illustrate each object.

If, despite all the precautions taken, errors occur, Créations Margot cannot be held liable for this under any circumstances.

In addition, depending on the screens, there may be color differences between the photo and the product received.

The prices displayed are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. They do not include delivery costs or any other taxes (customs fees, foreign VAT, etc.) which must be paid by the buyer.

Créations Margot reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Prices shown for a personalized quote are valid for 30 days.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale and recognition of having fully understood them. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

The seller will communicate by email the confirmation of the registered order and the delivery time.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their order.

Any order placed constitutes the formation of a contract concluded remotely between the buyer and the seller.

Créations Margot reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole and absolute discretion.

The buyer can pay for his order by credit card or Twint.

The order will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days for Switzerland.

For European countries, transportation may take longer.

For France, the package will leave from France.

During holiday periods, the deadline may be extended and the customer will be informed.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The jewelry is sent by tracked or registered bubble letter depending on the buyer's choice.

The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering, particularly with regard to the delivery address. Any shipment returned to the seller due to an incorrect, incomplete or erroneous address will be reshipped at the buyer's sole expense.

The buyer is solely responsible for tracking his shipment. When ordering, he has the option of choosing a tracked or registered shipping method. In the event of loss, theft or non-receipt of the package after its shipment, the seller cannot be held liable. No refund or return can be required for a package declared delivered by the carrier.

For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Créations Margot only processes and stores the personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order, its invoice and its delivery. This information is only transmitted to third parties necessary for the proper execution of the order, and in particular its delivery, but in no case for advertising purposes.

The privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data is applicable.

All elements of the Créations Margot website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Créations Margot. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or even use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio.

These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the contracts concluded in application thereof, are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of private international law.
